Abstract Malignant melanoma is an aggressive neoplasm with a high tendency to metastasize. Gastrointestinal metastases, although described in the literature, are infrequent. We present case of 51-year-old male patient surficial spreading stage IIIc BRAF mutation who presented gallbladder outgrowth lesion, compatible polyp. A significant growth lesion was observed subsequent TC studies and laparoscopic cholecystectomy performed. The anatomopathological study specimen confirmed diagnosis metastasis due epithelioid spindle cell malignant melanoma. presence context diagnosed should establish diagnostic suspicion metastasis, early extension be considered. palliative surgical approach avoid hepatobiliary symptomatology can
